Sorry we cannot facilitate exchanges. Please send your item back for a full refund of the product price (within 30-days) and purchase your new size/ item.

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
• We do not provide return labels. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
• We also do not refund the original shipping fee, but your product’s paid price will be refunded.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept intimate goods.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
