Usually I order my boots ahead of time from their website... but this time, I dropped the ball and needed boots for Jamaica Carnival road March at the last minute and not only did Carnival Kicks save the day, but the owner went so far as to have them delivered to my hotel. That level of service is so rare. And the boots themselves were beautiful! They fit like a glove and were exceptionally comfortable on the road!
The gold color really made my outfit pop!

Hey first time I used your guys boots this year on the road and they were amazing. I completely forgot to "wear them in" but it wasn't an issue at all. So comfy and so versatile!! I believe in spreading good reviews as well as not so good and you guys did an amazing job from start to finish. The customer service was amazing and I received my boots real quick as well.
